So Oprah has come out and explained that she has "let herself go" and has now reached 200 pounds. She states that she has a sluggish thyroid. I for one feel for Oprah, a medical condition such as a sluggish thyroid, also known as hypothyroidism, is a condition that makes losing weight extremely difficult.
