Read the product label to determine the dosage. Check with a pharmacist if you have questions.
2Take your vitamin at the same time each day. If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for the regular dose. Do not double dose.
3Take each dose with a full glass of water.
4Take your multi-vitamin at least 30 minutes after consuming caffeine, which can inhibit the absorption of certain vitamins.
5Take the vitamin after a meal to lessen stomach irritation.
